Ability to remove a feed from the front page#35

I’m following a bunch of feeds, and some might get less interesting over time. Instead of navigating to the feeds page, finding, and unsubscribing, it would be nice to have a small settings gear button on the front page next to each article with a remove feed option.

I added a Show Feeds button for each post that you can use to see which feeds it came from. The feeds you’re subscribed to show up first, so you can easily unsubscribe from them if you want.

That change does make #40 more important though
