Deduplicate subscriptions#40

Apparently, I’m now subscribed to your blog twice.

https://emschwartz.me/feed/ and https://emschwartz.me/feed/?type=rss are treated as separate feeds.

That’s actually kind of a tricky one to solve 😅. In any case, posts are deduplicated so it won’t have a practical effect, aside from you seeing the subscription twice.

This should be fixed now! Let me know if you find any more duplicates that you think should be merged.
