Make feed stop when relevancy is poor#149

Rather than me make a judgement call about when I’ve scrolled down too far because all the tagging and recommendations have become nonsense, it’d be nice if scour could just stop to effectively say “this is all I’ve got for you today”.

Good point! I’m currently working on improving the exact keyword searching, which should help make the cutoff clearer.
