I have to click on a link now to get the … so that I can flag it as off-topic. There’s a bunch of links where from title and URL alone it’s obvious it got tagged incorrectly. Let me flag off-topic without having to go through more hoops.
The love/like/dislike and the rest of the bar appearing only after reading is fine to me though.

I guess this wasn’t apparent but if you click the post’s row (not the title link), it’ll expand to show you the buttons, including the …. I would have liked to include the report button in the normal row of buttons but ran out of space on mobile.
Ah, okay! It might be more apparent to new users? I could have sworn clicking on the row used to just follow the link (at least on mobile) and so I got trained out of trying it.

Yeah, that’s a relatively recent UI change. I kept trying to figure out how to balance the buttons’ usability with trying to not clutter the feed. I hope this strikes a better balance.
