Source diversity#14

Sometimes Scour includes too many articles from one feed (e.g. Hacker News) or one source (e.g. a single newspaper). It should try to balance that out in the feed.

Done! Now, Scour applies a slight penalty to posts that come from the same domain or appear in the same feeds.

This should mean that you see a greater range of sources in your feed – and there should be fewer times where every article comes from one feed like the HN firehose.
