What is the default one without parameter?

I learned from your doc that

Rankings are computed in real-time on each page load, not precomputed.

Will the export rss will also change with ranking?

The RSS feeds default to showing the top content from the past day.

And, yes, the RSS feeds use the same ranking method as the feed displayed on the website so it’ll re-rank on the fly when you visit that URL.
