Read later list#123

sometimes I’ll scroll a ways back in my feed, open an article but forget to open in a new tab, so when I come back to the feed I have to find my place again. Maybe a “read next” list so I could save things to come back to, without “liking” them and influencing my feed before I’m ready?

I frequently browse from a standard-sized iPhone and I think this feature would help me too - the tap targets on the like/dislike/etc controls are a little hard for me to hit (or avoid) 100% reliably and sometimes I get taken into an article I was trying to vote on, or one I was trying to long-press so I could open in another tab. Then if I back button out, I usually wind up sort of close to where I had last scrolled to but not right on the money.

Size-wise the tap-target for the new ellipse-menu design that shipped last week is actually a little bit harder for me to use than the Love/Like/Dislike controls were previously.

Fair point! I’m now looking into replacing the … menu with a UX where you can tap anywhere that isn’t the title link and it’ll expand to show you all of the action buttons.

There is now a Saved list that you can use to mark things you want to read for later.

Also, @Shanesveller, the UX for the various buttons has been changed so that you now tap on the row to show the buttons, and they should be easier to touch. Let me know what you think!
