Ability to use scour without having a public feed of your interests#106

There’s a public page saying yourusername’s top finds. But these aren’t “my” finds, they’re things scour has found for me, and I haven’t even interacted with. I don’t want a list of random things that I might be interested in attached to my username in public, as if they were handpicked by me :)

Fair point! I’ve reworded that header to say “{username}’s Feed”.

For keeping feeds private, that’s on the roadmap! #6
